Overview

We partnered with Shinta to build the brand infrastructure their content operation needed, so they could scale output without losing visual consistency.

Shinta is a UGC-first agency producing high-volume short-form content for consumer brands. Their production capacity was exceptional, but the brand itself had no system behind it. Each content piece looked slightly different, and the website wasn't keeping pace with the quality of work they were actually shipping.

We came in to fix the foundation: build a design system, unify the brand voice, and give Shinta a web presence that matched their ambition.

The Challenges

High-volume content with no system holding it together.

Shinta's output volume was a strength, but it was making brand consistency nearly impossible. The core issues:

  • Content produced by different creators looked like it came from different brands entirely

  • No shared design system, every piece reinvented the wheel

  • Website didn't reflect the scale or quality of what Shinta was actually delivering

  • Clients had trouble articulating what made Shinta different from other UGC agencies

Our Approach

Turning volume into a visual strength, not a liability.

We built Shinta a scalable design system that could support high output without sacrificing visual cohesion.

  • Created a modular content template system, flexible enough for variety, structured enough for consistency

  • Defined a clear visual language: type scale, color roles, and spacing rules all documented for the team

  • Redesigned the website to lead with results and client outcomes rather than process descriptions

  • Built the site in Framer with CMS-driven case studies so the team could update content without touching the design

Shinta now produces at the same speed, but everything looks like it came from the same place.
