We helped Sanjaya carve out a distinct identity in the AI writing category, moving beyond feature-first messaging to build a brand people actually remember.
Sanjaya is an AI-powered writing platform helping teams produce better content faster. The product had real traction, but the brand was blending into a crowded market. Without a distinct visual identity and clear positioning, growth was starting to plateau.
We partnered with Sanjaya to reposition the brand and redesign their web presence from the ground up.
The Challenges
Another AI writer with nothing to say. We changed that.
Sanjaya entered a crowded AI writing space with a strong product but no clear brand perspective. The challenges were specific:
Visual identity looked too similar to competitors, no memorable differentiation
The homepage tried to speak to everyone and ended up connecting with no one
Product screenshots dominated the layout without enough context to make them meaningful
No clear emotional hook to make people feel something before they signed up
Our Approach
Making an AI writing tool feel like a brand, not a utility.
We focused on positioning Sanjaya as a creative partner, not just another AI tool. The design had to communicate intelligence without feeling cold.
Built a brand identity around warm neutrals and expressive typography to signal creativity over utility
Restructured the product narrative around use cases and outcomes rather than feature lists
Designed an interactive demo section that let visitors experience the product before committing
Built the site in Framer with motion that felt intentional, subtle, not showy
